Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Key Moment Labs LLC ("we", "us") for using the FlixBoom app and website (flixboom.app). By creating an account or watching on FlixBoom, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What FlixBoom is
FlixBoom is a curated platform for short vertical films released as series of episodes, made by invited creators. We choose who publishes; there is no open upload. Some content may be free and some may require a subscription, which we'll describe clearly in the app before you pay for anything.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use FlixBoom.
- Keep your sign-in method secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Don't share accounts or sign up on someone else's behalf.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app.
Watching and sharing
- Content on FlixBoom is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing inside the app and on links we provide. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, or publicly perform it, or work around any access control.
- Share links we generate may be sent to friends. They show the free episodes and expire after a period we set. Don't post them to circumvent access limits, and don't use automated tools to create or open them.
- Don't interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it, or use it to harm anyone.
Creators and content
- Creators keep ownership of what they upload. By publishing on FlixBoom, a creator gives us the license needed to store, transcode, stream, display, promote, and share their content through the service and the share links it generates, for as long as the content is published, and the right to keep copies as required by law or for backups.
- Creators warrant that they own or have the rights to everything they upload, including music, performers' releases, and locations, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
- We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law, and we'll tell the creator why unless the law prevents it.
- Revenue sharing and other commercial terms for creators are set in separate written agreements, which take precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some episodes and lessons are free. The rest are unlocked by a FlixBoom subscription, and some programs may be sold on their own as a one-time purchase. Prices, billing periods and what's included are shown in the app before you buy.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Billing and refunds. Purchases made in the app are billed by Apple or Google to your store account and follow their refund policies; refund requests go to them. Purchases made on our website follow the terms shown at checkout.
- Founding-member pricing. If you subscribed at a founding-member price, that price stays yours for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current price applies.
- Price changes. If a price changes for an existing subscription, you'll be notified in advance as required by the store, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
- One-time purchases. A program bought on its own stays available to your account for as long as FlixBoom offers it, and at least twelve months from purchase.
Our content and brand
The FlixBoom name, logo, app, and website design belong to us. These terms don't give you any right to use them except as part of using the service normally.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on FlixBoom infringes your copyright, email us at the address below with the content's location, a description of the work, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized. We'll act promptly and may notify the creator.

Disclaimers and limits
FlixBoom is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it available and accurate but don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using FlixBoom or delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, with notice where practical. Sections about content licenses, disclaimers, and limits survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring claims locally, which we respect.
Changes
We may update these terms. For meaningful changes we'll update the date above and tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use FlixBoom after that means you accept the new terms.
